Contract Agreement with ‘Faldo Design INC’ was signed in June 2018. To ensure timely earth breaking of Golf Course i.e in Nov 2018, efforts were made to engage and complete the team required for the course. Desert Group, on the recommendation of Faldo Design INC (FDI), was engaged. James Wood was hired for the development of the Real Estate Concept in Oct 2018.

Troon Golf for the operation & management of Golf Course and Aqua Turf International for the Irrigation Design became part of the team in Nov 2018.

Construction of the Rumanza Golf Course commenced in June 2019 with the mobilization of Desert Group site staff in May 2019. Work Program consists of 18 months construction timeline starting from May-2019 to Dec-2020.

Even in Covid-19 environments project was suspended for 3 months only but still completed all greens well in time i.e by the end of Apr 2021.
